Sponsorship event deliverables
One of the sponsorship events chosen for our plan was a week-long event at the beginning of October between The Studio Hair Salon and Day Spa and Tequila Taco Bar in Harrisonburg VA, reaching the secondary market of college students in the Harrisonburg area.
In the weeklong period, the sponsorship relationship with Tequila Taco Bar will increase awareness of The Studio through a combo meal called “The Studio Serendipity”. The graphics included here are two prints for a photo wall at the location of the event as well as a verticle banner that would be at the entrance of the store.
Traditional and Digital Deliverables
The traditional and digital deliverables include print fliers, digital coupons, and digital sweepstakes. These would be distributed in person at varying locations as well as through email and text.
Promotional Merchandise Deliverable
The promotional merchandise chosen was a branded hair tie that will be distributed to the target market of female college students. The branded hair tie is meant to serve as a constant reminder of The Studio’s hair care services.
